Recording transactions and decisions stays free forever. Only PDF export of the OPG-format annual accounting becomes locked. Your data remains fully accessible and exportable as CSV.
Does this satisfy OPG record-keeping requirements?
Our reports follow the format the Office of the Public Guardian recommends for attorneys keeping financial records. However, OPG doesn't certify specific software. You remain legally responsible for your attorney decisions; we help you document them defensibly.
Does the £82 OPG registration fee include the licence?
No — the £82 LPA registration fee is paid to OPG when you register the LPA. Our licence is separate and covers the record-keeping software. You don't need our licence to register an LPA; you need it only if you want to keep records in our format.
Is it free?
Yes — all fidubond products are free to use during the current beta period. If paid plans are introduced later, existing users will be notified well in advance and never charged automatically.
Is the donor's financial data safe?
All data is stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB with optional master-password encryption. Nothing is uploaded to any server — no one sees the donor's transactions.
What about Health & Welfare LPA?
The licence covers both Property & Financial Affairs LPA and Health & Welfare LPA record-keeping. The Certificate Provider workflow for Health & Welfare is included.
